Restaurants
Evening meals in Spain are fun-filled occasions, often lasting long into the night as groups of family and friends enjoy each other's company over some fine food and wine. Why not try the local Tapas or dine on freshly caught seafood in one of the many quaint quayside restaurants. Vegetarian? No problem with a vast selection of locally farmed fresh produce. Meat lover? Then try the huge selection of steaks and barbecued meats from the menu. All set within the beautiful surroundings of the Mar Menor.

Bars
After a hot day baking on the beach, cool down with a refreshing glass of sangria in one of the beach-side “chiringuitos”. In the evening there are many friendly inexpensive Spanish bars serving local wines and brandy´s. However for those who miss their favourite tipple from home, there is an extensive range of international bars for all ages and tastes. Also remember that children are welcome in most Spanish establishments. You´ll be more than pleasantly surprised at the price, normally half the price you would pay at home.
Cafes
Watch the world go by with a tantalizing pastry and one of the wide selection of coffees. Or why not try a traditional Spanish breakfast of churros and hot chocolate at a pavement café in the town square. You will find that most cafes also serve a large selection of fresh Tapas and traditionally cured hams or if you simply fancy a quick refreshing beer, don´t worry, cafes in Spain all serve alcohol.
