Joining us for a property viewing tour gives you the chance to get to know the area and view properties chosen specifically to meet your requirements. So whether you're coming from abroad and fancy soaking up some sun while you find your perfect property, or you're already over here and can pop in during your lunch break, and talk to us about arranging your tour today.
Tell us what you're looking for
Before you visit us, we will ask you what you want from your Spanish property. Do you want to look at new homes or existing freehold homes? Would you like to be near the beach? How many bedrooms will you need? Once we hear your ideas and understand your requirements, we can then get to work finding the best properties for you.
Getting started
We’ll organize a meeting time that suits you and arrange for a friendly face to pick you up from wherever you are - the airport, your hotel, at your home or one of our offices. Before we start looking at properties, we’ll stop for a chat at one of our offices. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, re-establish what you’re looking for and make sure you’re happy with the plan for the day. We’ll answer any questions you may have and, if you choose, you can meet with an independent lawyer or mortgage broker (in private, of course). If you’re not sure exactly how much you can afford or what options you have, this is a great opportunity to find out.
Get to know the area
At Marben Real Estate we consider it vitally important not only to look at properties but also to look at the area as well. The nature of the tour will depend on how well you know the region and what your requirements are. We can begin by showing you round some of the different areas, looking at local facilities, schools, golf courses and beaches - whatever you’d like to see. If you already know where you’d like to start looking we’ll head straight to the properties. Everyone is different, so every tour is different.
The properties
We tend not to show more than 4 properties in a day as any more can be a little overwhelming. We won’t waste time showing you properties that don’t match your requirements. We’ll always try to show you a range of property types so you can make the most informed decision and with many properties to choose from there’s something to suit every taste and budget.
Relax and enjoy
The pace of the day is entirely up to you. After you’ve viewed the day’s property selection you may want to arrange for a second look at your favourites. Then you’re free to enjoy all the area’s attractions for the evening - we as a company feel that it is important for our clients to have quality time in the evenings by themselves, in order to discuss the days events, or just enjoy the surroundings.
Finding your perfect Spanish property
We usually recommend you spend at least three days viewing properties. We’re happy to spend as much time as you need until you feel ready to make an informed decision. If that decision is to go ahead and buy, you can put a holding deposit down to take the property off the market (for this reason it helps bring a credit card along). We can arrange for an independent lawyer to talk you through this if you have any questions.

free accommodation during your visit at any time of the year, leaving you free to arrange flights that suit you. Typically lasting 3 days, this viewing tour will give you an understanding of the area and a tour of the properties that match your specific requirements. If you find the right property during your trip and decide to go ahead with the purchase, Marben will refund your flights as well.
